The Proctoring model and feature configurations are updated on the token level and that will be configured as per the request or client use case by the Talview team.
We can turn on/off the below settings.
- ID capture
- Environment check
- Face capture
- Screengrabs
- Audio check
- Proctor approval (for Live Proctoring model)
Additionally, we can configure:
- Stake (high/medium/low)- each event will inherit its criticality based on Stake.
- Event Criticality- The criticality of each event based on the Stake configuration can be overridden by setting them individually. The list of events is below:
- Window Focus-Out
- Session Closed
- Face Not Detected
- Face Not Recognized
- Multiple Faces Detected
- Pasting text detected
- Print Screen Clicked
- Object Detected
