Proctor Workflow:
The sequence of steps to proctor a candidate's assessment is as follows:
i. Login
ii. After logging in, open the Events tab.
iii. Event details and instruction pop-up will appear, click on Proceed.
iv. The proctor will be able to view the candidates awaiting approval here.
v. Candidate captures the Photo, Photo ID & Test Environment Video and awaits proctor approval.
vi. Proctor approves the candidate's biometrics and allows to proceed to assessment. Candidate starts
the exam
vii. Proctor invigilates the candidate throughout the test
viii. If the candidate does any malpractice, the proctor updates the comment accordingly and terminates
the candidate from the test.

1. Where can I see the list of events assigned to me for proctoring?
Please login to the live proctoring platform to see the list of events assigned to you for proctoring.
2. How to login to the platform?
i. Open the following link - https://live.proview.io/login in your browser.
ii. Enter the credentials shared with you for the proctor role.
3. Which are the precheck activities to be validated?
The precheck activities to be validated are:
i. ID card check: The candidate’s ID card should match the guidelines set by the organization. The candidate’s image on the ID card should match the candidate’s selfie during the hardware check.
ii. Environment check: The test environment should follow all the guidelines provided here.
4. What to do if the candidate has submitted the wrong document during precheck?
If the documents submitted for pre-check-in are not valid or do not follow all the guidelines, you can notify the candidate with details of what is wrong with the document they have submitted.
5. When should I edit the Proview Index? How to edit?
Post exam, if you add/suspend a flag, then you can change the Proview Index.
To edit the existing Proview Index,
i. Go to the proctor report generated post-exam.
ii. Click on the edit icon beside the Proctor Index.
iii. Change the Proview Index and click on save.
6. How to add a flag while proctoring?
To add a flag while proctoring,
i. Click on the candidate’s thumbnail image in the grid view.
ii. The detailed view of the candidate’s proctoring session opens up.
iii. Below the candidate’s image and screengrab, you can see an ‘Add flag’ button.
iv. Click on ‘Add a flag,’ select/type the flag to be added and click on ‘Add.’
7. How to make announcements?
To make an announcement,
i. Open the grid view of the proctoring session.
ii. Click on the ‘Make announcement’ button in the top right corner.
iii. Choose/write the announcement to be made
iv. Click on the ‘Make announcement’ button.
8. How is the Proview Index calculated?
Proview Section Index is generated based on the following
• Severity of the event logged
• Frequency of the event logged
The Proview Section Index is calculated based on the frequency of an event logged and its severity. The higher the frequency and severity of the event logged, the lower the Proview Index and vice versa.
A candidate can have one of the following Proview indices
• High - Low probability of cheating/malpractice
• Medium - Medium probability of cheating/malpractice
• Low - High probability of cheating/malpractice
Proview Index calculation
In a workflow/assessment with multiple sections, the overall Proview Index is the lowest value of all the Proview section indices generated for all the assessment/workflow sections.
9. How can the organizer see the report of the sessions I proctored?
To view the live proctoring report, the organizer can log in to the live proctoring platform and click on that particular exam/event.

The Live proctoring report consists of:
