If your application or tool requires the Proview Index to be displayed on the internal systems or webpages, the data for the respective sessions can be shared in the form of a comma-separated value pulse at a frequency of every 8 hours. The frequency of this pulse can be altered if the requirement arises for the same. The .csv sheet would contain the following attributes for reference:

  • Session ID (Talview Unique ID)
  • Session Start (Date Time in UTC)
  • Session End (Date Time in UTC)
  • Session Processed At (Date Time in UTC)
  • Proview Index (High, Medium, Low)

The .csv data can be ported to either a mailbox or an SFTP that is used by your organization. The data can then be extracted from the file and added to the platform by using a simple .csv parser. The data parsing and addition to the platform should be automated factoring in the time where the reports are received from the Talview pulse. This will avoid manual processing and will lead to automated data on your platform.

The Proview Index is also available on the Proview admin and the embedded playback (if you have opted for that integration) for the internal admins to review and analyze as and when required.
